We often seek counsel when we feel stuck, overwhelmed,

or conflicted. We can't find our ground, or see our way

through the thick of the storm.

This is my work: to assist you

in clear, measured, grounded change.

Change that is your choice.

Many of us still carry scars, inside and out. I worked with Our Voice for five years, counseling survivors of abusive or unwanted sexual experiences. In my work, I use specific and effective approaches for healing the effects of trauma and abuse, of any kind.

More now than perhaps ever, many of us feel alone amidst the chaos. If you have long felt you don't belong or are marginalized, I get that. Whether you identify as BIPOC, trans, queer, poly, an artist, or just feel lost, I'd like to sit with you. I'm autistic, queer, and antiracist. My pronouns are they/them.

I have a deep respect for where my clients find meaning, including nature, science, and religion. Regardless of belief, we all may encounter stages of doubt, initiation, revelation, or loss of faith or reason. Let's talk about the profound. And yes, I do speak Asheville.
